How is Afterschool different from Summer Camp?

The Afterschool structure is primarily choice-based and artist directed. Mini-lessons covering a wide range of materials, techniques and concepts are presented in response to artists interests. Summer Camp is organized by theme weeks. The first 90 minutes of each summer camp day will involve a relevant lesson and project. This instruction time is then followed by 90 minutes of choice-based time.
